Hired JB's services for a septic system real estate inspection. The technician arrived early. Tim was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He also was excellent at getting access to the tank (the stubborn hatch cover was resolved). The price for the inspection was very fair. I was very satisfied and I recommend this company.

I can say the office workers, and the service technician for J.B.'s are on point. I called on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning septic service, and the office confirmed with me at 8:00 am Monday morning. When the technician arrived, the service was a bit difficult for him but we both got creative, and the end result was a very clean tank. I would happily call J.B.'s for their services again.
